There is joke going around in my family that nita is still reading The Karmazov brothers.(The still part because I have been reading this book  for the good part of 2007)Anyways to cut a long story short(pun not intended) I finally completed Vol 2 of The Karmazov Brothers.

If you want a short break, but don’t want to venture out too far from the city, Nandi Hills is a good option. The only problem though is that all sorts of crowds land up there by mid-morning and it seems more like a mela out there during the weekends.

The best time to visit it very early morning, when the mist is still clinging on to the sides of the hill and you literally feel like you’re in a hill station. Sometimes, the mist stays on till about 10 am making it a rather cool place.

After a long time comes a refreshing movie with no double-entendre and vulgarity in the name of comic relief.
 A simple story and very natural acting. Another feather in the cap for Mr. Amir after TZP.And 3 large 12 yr old scotch for company also helped during the boring senti parts.

Now to watch Love Story 2050, after hearing the reviews  guess I will have to kill the bottle while watching it!

But I am totally blank today. Happens I guess. Nevertheless lemme write sumthn.

It was quite an uneventful day. I was waiting for the Time Warner guy to arrive and fix my wireless connection. He never turned up. Finally I fixed the problem myself. Later when A came home, I realised that there is a tag left on my door which meant that the TW guy came, knocked and left, whereas all I did since morning was to wait for him. I really wonder sometimes!

The mushroom peas dish turned out just fine. I stirred in some poppy seed sauce along with wine and soy. Trust me, it was good.

There was such a hullabaloo at the pool today. Some people were partying for sure. The downside of having a pool facing apartment.

Tomorrow I will go outside my apartment, take a right turn, go straight, then another right and finally another right. The road ahead is lovely, I need to discover more about it !!
